ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE) 

  1. You can return most products within 7 days of receiving your order, with the exception of earrings and anklets.
  2. Check your item(s) qualifies for a return (see returns policy)
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via email at info@adluxuryfashion.com. Be sure to include your order number and details of the product you want to return or exchange.
  4. Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached ready for your collection.
  5. Items will be collected within 3 working days.
  6. We offer a free exchange service for rings that don't fit properly.
  7. Ensure that the returned items reach us within 7 days from the date you received your order. We won't accept items returned beyond this timeframe.
  8. For a successful return or exchange, the products must be in their original condition, including original packaging, and they should be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags, labels, and any promotional items that are eligible for exchange or refund.
  9. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  10. Please allow up to 10 working days from the time your return is received at our UAE warehouse for the refund to be issued.

UAE returns are FREE. (1 free collection per order otherwise 20aed charge per collection).

RETURNS GCC & MIDDLE EAST

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via email at info@adluxuryfashion.com. Be sure to include your order number and details of the product you want to return or exchange.
  • International returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged (please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and most cost-effective way of returning).

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
